Packed and ready!

BUSY day at work today. Afterwards I went to the beauty school and had Laura practice her facials on me. She did a wonderful job. I am so looking forward to working together!

Jessica is in town. Tonight the fam went to dinner at Riverfront Steakhouse for her birthday. They have the best steak I have ever had! Following dinner the extended family came over to my parents house for cake.

After the big birthday bash, I cut John Allen's hair in a Mohawk for the ski trip (the picture is not the finished product). Dad was not happy...

I did 3 loads of laundry today. We are all set to leave for Colorado tomorrow!

Today is my sister's 21st birthday. So happy birthday Jessica! I can't believe you are all grown up!

Today was a fun day at work. I did a fun short razor cut. There is just something about cutting off several inches of hair with a razor that makes me happy.

Tonight was the last night of the 9 week Bible study on Esther. I have so enjoyed this study, and I am so sad to see it end. God has taught me so much through Esther's life.

After Bible study I drove to Bryant for coffee. Shawntee was in town from Ohio, so Lyndsey, Brooke and I went to meet her and her friend to catch up. It is so great how some friends you can go months without seeing, but it feels like you haven't missed a beat.

Today I am reminded how blessed I am. Great friends, job, church, family. God is good!
