Mountains Beyond Mountains.

Yesterday after work we made the drive down I-40 to Memphis for the Arcade Fire concert at the Orpheum. Laura and Caleb rode down with us, and we met several other friends from Epoch at the show.  They were amazing! The lead singer's wife was too cute...she had the best style, played every instrument under the sun, and twirled around like a ballerina.  We got home late, but it was worth the sleep deprivation at work today.

Home sweet home.

We skipped out on the second day of the hair show today to squeeze in some much needed shopping time. We went to the St. Louis Galleria and hit up Urban, Anthropologie, and The Body Shop. I got some cute clothes and a neat oil burner. Then we got back in the car, where we spent most of the day. We did stop off at American Apparel in Memphis to grab some cool solid t-shirts.

After spending time in three different states today, I am really digging the natural state. It always feels so good to be home after living out of a suitcase and sleeping in another bed for a few days.
